Mark Chandler came out to our property to offer friendly advice with no pressure on committing to going ahead with an installation. Mark was very patient in providing a number of quotes for different variations including whether to include batteries to the system or not and how many. The quote that we proceeded on was I consider a fair price, not the cheapest and not the dearest. The installation was completed to a very high standard, with excellent workmanship and great attention to detail. The team was professional, polite, punctual, and respectful at all times. They kept everything tidy while they worked, and the finished system looks neat and well integrated with our property. They also took the time to explain the system in detail, ensuring we fully understood how it operated, and walked us through the monitoring app so we could easily track generation and energy usage. Since installation, the system has performed exceptionally well, consistently generating strong output and helping to reduce our reliance on grid electricity. We have already noticed a positive impact on our energy costs and are confident the savings will continue over the long term. They handled all of the programming and setup for us, tailoring the system to our electricity needs and ensuring everything was configured correctly from day one, which made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and we were kept informed every step of the way. Their knowledge, attention to detail, and customer service were outstanding. We would highly recommend this company to anyone considering solar panels and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
